We pride ourselves on consistent and reliable administrative services and ensure communication with each scheme is accomplished. Our aim is also to ensure the demands on each committee member’s time are reduced. These services are supported by trustworthy industry specific administrative and accounting software systems.

Our secretarial services include:

• Attend to inward and outward correspondence
• Maintain the Strata Roll
• Maintain the Minute Book
• Issue section 109 certificates
• Prepare Notices of Meetings
• Attend Meetings
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings
• Lodge insurance claims
• Obtain valuations
• Issue Notice to Comply
• Perform all administrative functions involved in implementing client decisions and any requirements according to the relevant Act

We have a combined 10 years’ experience in trust accounting and maintain all minute books of account, together with complete individual files. The books of account and electronic computer data are available for inspection at our office at any time.
